Shipping
Europe
A flat shipping rate of €4.90 applies within Europe. Free shipping is available on European orders over €65.
For countries or territories treated as outside the EU VAT area, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
UK & US
Orders to the UK and the US are usually shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Even where DDP delivery is offered, duties and taxes may still apply depending on the destination, carrier procedures, or local customs requirements.
Rest of World
Shipping rates for destinations outside Europe, the UK, and the US are calculated at checkout.
Returns
A 14-day return window applies for eligible orders. To start a return, the customer must notify the store within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.
Orders over €65 qualify for free returns.
For orders under €65, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.
Returned items should be sent back promptly after the return request is submitted and no later than 14 days after notifying the store of the withdrawal or return request.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If the customer is an EU consumer, the statutory right of withdrawal applies in accordance with applicable distance-selling rules. The customer has 14 calendar days from receiving the goods to notify the store of the decision to withdraw from the purchase.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer should send a clear written notice by email or through the contact method provided on the website.
Non-return conditions
Items will not be accepted if they have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags and packaging.
